About me
I am an international relations scholar studying the politics of development in Latin America, focused on how Chinese infrastructure is transforming ecologies and publics across local, domestic, and international scales. I work at the intersection of international relations, anthropology, and geography, using ethnographic methods.
I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow with the Global China Initiative at Boston University’s Global Development Policy (GDP) Center. My doctorate is in International Relations from American University School of International Service (SIS) with a concentration in Development Studies.
Prior to my doctoral studies, I obtained my Masters in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelors in Anthropology, Economics, and International Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
